We accept orders by telephone, fax and mail orders for those that prefer not to order online.
We accept all major credit cards by telephone, fax or mail. You can be assured all information is held

*We do accept personal and business checks made out to Signs Seen, it can take 5 - 10 days for check to clear bank before manufacturing and/or shipment proceeds.
Orders for manufactured items will not proceed until payment clears.

All shipping dates are approxamite, and as we deal with many manufacturers, every attempt to meet shipping dates are made, but in the event a manufacturer can not meet such date, we can not be held responsible in any way or form for shipping dates that are not met.

Signs Seen, SignsSeen.com or any of its representatives are not responsible for return shipping costs for item/items unless we deem product defective. If product has visible shipping damage, please contact us and the shipper as soon as product is received.
Items must be returned in same packaging, new condition, along with all included literatures.
No refunds on any electrical products. There is a 20% restocking charge on any returned items.
Any items being replaced will not ship until we are in receipt of the product/products you are not satisfied with.
There are no refunds accepted on custom neon signs, custom portables, custom signs, or any other custom signs or digital displays, channel letters, or any other special order items.
